RIP? RIP is one of the many ways Diversified supports independent eye care practitioners. The concept is to give something back to the ECP that can be used to improve, grow, and modernize their practice. RIP dollars are earned from select purchases and can be used to purchase products and services from Diversified. |
| How can I
get RIP dollars? Earn RIP dollars through purchases from Diversified’s Buying Group, Ophthalmic Lab, Gas Permeable Lab, Soft Contact Lens, Printing, and Frame Divisions. Click here for a complete list of RIP eligible purchases, payout percentage and exceptions. |
| How can I
find out the amount of RIP dollars I have? Your monthly statement from Diversified will have the RIP amount you have accumulated. |
| What can
I purchase with my RIP dollars? You can use your RIP dollars to purchase products from our Computer, Equipment, Office Supply, Frame (except sunglasses and cases) and Printing Divisions. You may also use RIP for educational seminars sponsored by Diversified. |

| Do my RIP dollars
expire? Yes, you need to redeem your RIP credits twice a year. The due dates for redemption are June 20th and December 20th each year. |
