We accept frames for credit within the following guidelines:
1) Frames must be in original packaging with invoice.
2) Frames may be returned for credit up to 1 (one) year from the original sale
date.
3) Frames must be returned in sellable condition.
4) Exchange orders must be equal or greater value on travel program.
5) Drop ship orders must be returned directly to the manufacturer for credit.
6) Restocking fees will be charged on all returns unless defective.
7) No discontinued items will accepted for credit.
8) Any item refused by the manufacturer will be billed and returned to the
customer.
9) All defective frames must be returned with all frame parts included.
10) Parts are non-returnable.
