Orders for all CIBA factory ordered revenue lenses and patient trial lenses are delayed. CIBA stock trial lenses are not being shipped to us at this time. We acutely share your frustration with this situation.

CIBA’s new Warehouse Management System (installed July 6th) is the cause for this disruption. CIBA is now accepting responsibily for these problems and is apologizing to us and to you, the eye care providers.

- Diversified is prioritizing delayed products as we receive them. Diversified is also able to ship many CIBA lenses from our inventory.

CIBA projects a return to timely delivery within several weeks. We will keep you posted as developments become available.
